Customer facing role, providing technical presentations, instrument demos and customer training.

We are seeking Scientists with experience in protein binding and/or molecular interaction analysis to join our client’s Field Applications team, supporting a novel SPR technology. Previous FAS experience is a plus, but not required. Postdocs or Bench Scientists with excellent interpersonal skills and the desire to transition to a customer facing role are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in evaluation of the technology through product demos, scientific presentations and one-on-one discussions
  • Provide customer training and troubleshooting
  • Work closely with the product management team to identify new applications
  • Travel approximately 50%


  • PhD in Molecular, Cell Biology, Bioengineering or similar life science discipline
  • 5+ years experience working with biochemical and biophysical analysis, binding affinities/kinetics, and molecular interactions
  • Hands on experience with surface plasmon resonance (SPR) highly preferred; experience with ELISAs, FRET, NMR, BLI, etc. also relevant
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
