Manage biopharma accounts in Boston/Cambridge, providing innovative solutions for the development and commercialization of cell therapies.

Our client provides innovative solutions for the development and commercialization of cell therapies. They are expanding their team in the Northeast, seeking an experienced biopharma sales rep (or FAS) with knowledge of the cell therapy and drug discovery market. This position will work exclusively in the translational and clinical market segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business plan to achieve territory revenue quotas
  • Responsible for instrumentation, reagents and services for key biotech and pharma accounts in the Boston area
  • Build long term relationships with KOLS in the region
  • Provide customer feedback to product management and R&D for portfolio expansion
  • Assist customers with regulatory needs as they move toward commercialization of therapies

Qualifications

  • BS, MS or PhD in life science discipline
  • Training in oncology or cell/gene therapy preferred
  • 3+ years sales experience with proven track record of achieving targets
  • Knowledge of clinical trial and regulatory processes a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
