- Develop territory business plan to exceed territory sales targets
- Manage academic, biotech and pharma opportunities
- BS in life science discipline
- 3+ years life science instrument sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Experience selling liquid handling, automation, or related applications/workflows preferred
- Hunter mentality with strong prospecting skills and ability to build a pipeline
- Previous experience in a startup or high growth company culture
- Results oriented. Passionate and dedicated to selling innovative technology
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
- Team player; able to work successfully in a collaborative and highly matrixed environment
