Manage complex sales process for custom product and assay development services.
Exciting opportunity to join a young, rapidly growing company providing innovative molecular assays and services for the research, med device and pharmaceutical industries. Your role will be to develop new business opportunities, providing products and custom assay development services for the RUO, IVD and OEM markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets within assigned region
- Responsible for new business development, as well as maintenance of existing accounts.
- Manage complex sales process for custom product and assay development services, working closely with Field Application Scientist and Project Managers
Qualifications
- BS in life science discipline
- 5 years life science sales experience (reagents, assays or services) with proven track record of success; experience selling into the OEM market preferred
- Familiarity with qPCR, NGS, as well as antibodies and cytokines/growth factors
- Hunter mentality – strong prospecting skills
- Established rolodex within regional accounts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self motivated, competitive and highly driven individual
Compensation
