Support customers in the pre- and post-sales process, providing technical presentations, demos, training and troubleshooting.
Our client is a market leader in life science instrumentation. They are expanding their team to support their high content imaging technology. We are looking for an experienced FAS… or bench Scientist with expertise in cellular imaging and image analysis, plus aptitude and interest in transitioning to a customer support role.
Key Responsibilities
- Present technical seminars and conduct instrument demonstrations
- Responsible for product installations and on-site customer training
- Assist sales team with conference and tradeshows
Qualifications
- MS or PhD in Biology or similar Life Science discipline.
- 3+ years experience with high content imaging or confocal microscopy, and image analysis
- Experience with microplate based cellular imaging
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, achievement driven, team player personality
