Support customers in the pre- and post-sales process, providing technical presentations, demos, training and troubleshooting.

Our client is an exciting startup in the 3D Cell Culture market. We are seeking a Scientist with expertise in mammalian cell culture, organoids and/or organ-on-a-chip technology. Previous customer facing experience preferred, but will consider applicants off the bench with excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in evaluating technology through product demonstrations and technical presentations.
  • Provide customer training and troubleshooting
  • Contribute to the publication of scientific and marketing documents
  • Perform regular literature reviews, identify key opinion leaders, and provide market feedback to marketing and development teams for product enhancements and new applications
  • Represent company at vendor shows and present at scientific meetings

Qualifications

  • MS or PhD in Cell Biology, bioengineering or similar
  • Expertise in mammalian cell culture required; 3D cell culture and/or organ-model experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Passion to solve problems, troubleshoot and train other scientists
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Able to travel up to 50%
