Seeking hunters to prospect and develop new opportunities in New England.
Our client is a leading provider of biological materials (cells, tissues and blood components) for cell therapy and drug discovery research. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their team, seeking experienced sales professionals to manage CRO, biotech and pharma accounts in respective region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business plan to exceed territory sales targets
- Establish and grow new account opportunities; significant prospecting and account development
- Minimal overnight travel
Qualifications
- BS in Science or Business
- 3+ years life science research or drug discovery sales experience
- Established relationships within pharmabio and CROs in the region
- Knowledge of the drug discovery process
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills; ability to build strong networks and successfully manage customer relationships
- Independent, self-motivated, high achiever mentality
Compensation
- Competitive base plus uncapped commission, car allowance and full benefits.
