Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their strategic sales team. We are seeking experienced CRO Sales/Bus Dev Professionals to sell our client’s line of assay development and pre-clinical testing services.  This is a rapidly growing company with proven technology and an expanding innovative portfolio of services for biotech and pharma drug discovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales quotas
  • Manage established client relationships and build new opporutnities within biotech and pharma pre-clinical teams

    Qualifications

    • BS in life science discipline; advanced degree a plus
    • 5+ years experience selling CRO services
    • Knowledge of the drug discovery process, HTS, biomarker discovery and/or pre-clinical tox testing
    • Established relationships with key decision makers in pharma and biotech companies on the east coast
    • Proven track record of successfully engaging with C Suite decision makers
    • Self-motivated, solid work ethic and achievement driven personality
